Come in to the Chipotle at 5006 Northwest Hwy "A" in Crystal Lake,
On Wednesday, January 25th between 4:00pm and 8:00pm.
Make dinner a selfless act by joining us for a fundraiser to support CLFOGE (District 47).
Show this post on your smartphone or tell the cashier you're supporting the cause to make sure that 50% of the proceeds will be donated to CLFOGE-D47.
Math Circles is a fun math challenge. Older and younger kids will work together to solve a math challenge. The event is assisted by a local math expert who will nudge the students in the right direction if they get stuck.
This is a great way for younger kids to work as a team to solve a challenge and for older kids to stretch their math knowledge in solving a math challenge. More details will be made available as the date gets closer.
Parents are welcome to come and watch, but we ask that they refrain from helping the kids.
The Math Circles is scheduled to coincide with the Summer Enrichment Fair so students can come and have a great time while their parents explore all the options available to their kids for the summer.
Come join us for the 1st CLFOGE meeting of the new school year.
CLFOGE (Crystal Lake Friends of Gifted Education) is the PTO that supports the initiatives of the Extended Curriculum (EC or Gifted) programs of School District 47.
As with all parent groups, we cannot exist without parent involvement. Please join us as we help the EC teachers teach our gifted kids in the best way possible.
We invite EC parents to our first meeting on Thursday, September 19th at 7:00 pm in the CORE Center located at 300 Commerce Drive, Crystal Lake, IL.
If you would like to learn more about CLFOGE and help plan events for the upcoming year, please plan on attending.
We are looking for a parent representative from each school. If you are interested email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Hope to see you,
Come join CLFOGE as we present a panel of teachers who teach in the EC program. Come get a clarification of the program. Get your questions answered. This is your time to ask any questions about the program.

WHAT IS EC ALL ABOUT?
Join CLFOGE as we enjoy another amazing Game Night. This is such an amazing turnout for families to play strategy games and enjoy light refreshments.
Also at the Family Game Night, our local robotics team will be on hand demonstrating their working robots. The Pizza Robotics and other FLL team are made up of current students of the District47 EC program and they hope to raise interests in the FIRST robotics programs (www.usfirst.org) among local elementary and middle school students.
We will have an assortment of fun games, but feel free to bring your favorites from home as well.
No need to RSVP, just show up. Bring a friend, family member, parent, or anyone you would like to challenge.
